12F in Huntsville, AL.
Also, about the "hottest year on record": I remember many times that it topped 100F here in the past, sometimes several days in a row; but not in the last few years.

It's fargin cold in TN this morning. The Wife had a dentist office tell her that they would be closed if there was *any* snow.

What a bunch of wusses.

Ask Al about the cold and he'll tell you that it's part of the "global warming" phenomenon, more appropriately called, now, "climate change", and it's all our fault too.

The real problem I have is that he jumps up and down and swears that only HE has the answer for all of our transgressions. Isn't he trying a little hard to make himself out to be the new Jewish carpenter? Makes me want to grab for the safe, if you know what I mean.

I have a Z3.

My boss has a 4WD SUV.

I have my boss' phone number.

He might regret that tomorrow. ;)

With a massive Alberta Clipper sweeping across the northern half of the country, isn't it about time for Al Gore to hold another public event claiming we're all about to die from the effects of global warming?

As we are having the coldest and snowiest(?) winter in many years here in CO

I am ready to EMBRACE global warming

I feel like I have died and gone to the midwest

THe thing about Climate Change is that it has been happening since before the industrial revolution, and it has happened in the past. The only problem we are facing is not how do we stop things getting warming (we don't), it is how much worse are we making it (accelerating the process, making the peak temp worse).

And to think I was complaining about the "chilly" 43 degrees this morning in beautiful Tucson!

Yeah, it was 42F a couple of nights ago in Tampa Bay. (Inland they had a freeze warning somewhere or other.)

If I never see snow again, that will be all right.

Now hurricanes are another matter.

Tucson's nice you can see the snow.

BUT it's is on the mountains, where it belongs!
